"Allow myself to introduce... myself." - Austin Powers

A Seton Hall University grad, I am a user experience professional with 20+ years of experience. Initially dabbling in HTML/CSS in the late 90s, I quickly picked up additional skills working for the university's web design department and later drove the user experience of web properties and applications for Thomson Financial, LexisNexis, and others in the NYC metro area. I am currently Director of User Experience at ADP.

My key skill areas include building and maintaining enterprise-wide design systems, providing leadership to help ensure the timely completion of large design initiatives and formulating comprehensive design strategies that pay special attention to SEO, social media and mobile components. To date, I have spearheaded the creation of five corporate design system and governance strategies. Presently, I direct a team of design strategists, front-end developers and user researchers responsible for the ADP's design system and UX operations spanning 200+ products.

When not at ADP, I am adjunct faculty at Seton Hall University where I am helping develop robust UX curriculum for the School of Communication and the Arts. I currently teach the finer points of web/mobile design, front-end coding and user experience principles.
